With 12 Homeopathic Tissue salts and only 9 different iris types there are obviously some discrepancies, but these salts will be found especially useful with the iris types in conditions of the following nature.

Kali Muriaticum found in blood corpuscles, muscles, nerve and brain cells, intercellular fluids, it corresponds to the second stage of inflammation and is useful in all diseases where there are white or grey discharges and thick white slimy phlegm, it especially useful in Ear catarrh with this characteristic, and also croup, diphtheria and dysentery with the thick white exudates.
Natrum Muriaticum this is found in every liquid and solid part of the body, it regulates the degree of moisture within the cells and so oedematous swellings and hydraemic states can be supported by this homeopathic tissue salt as is toothache accompanied with a profuse flow of saliva.
Natrum Sulphuricum ; this salt only appears in the intercellular fluids it aids in the regulation of superfluous water from the cells, exciting the secretion of the intestines and stimulates the the activity of the intestinal glands, liver and pancreas. problems associated with living in damp houses, basement and cellars.
Calcarea Fluorica found on the surface of bone, the enamel of teeth, the elastic fibres of the skin, and can be supportive in any condition that can be traced back to relaxed conditions of the elastic fibres in the body, e.g. dilatation of the blood vessels, arterial and venous blood tumours, piles, malnutrition of bones and early decay of teeth.
